Information you choose to provide
- A public WAX account name when you connect a wallet or view account-specific pages.
- Token direction, amount, preferences, and other inputs needed to produce the feature you request.
- Report title, description, severity, reporter name, and optional support code when you submit a support report.
Do not place private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, passwords, or unrelated personal information in any WAXP field.
Public blockchain data
WAXP reads public blockchain and indexed market data such as account balances, transactions, orders, pools, listings, and token contracts. This information is already public and may remain permanently available on the blockchain or third-party indexes.
Connecting a wallet identifies the public account selected by that wallet. WAXP does not receive the wallet's signing key.
Device-local preferences
Theme, default swap slippage, wallet-session restoration data created by the wallet library, and a small amount of interface state may be stored in your browser. Device-local data helps restore your chosen experience and can be cleared through browser controls.
WAXP does not use those preferences to take custody of funds or approve a transaction.
Infrastructure and security data
Like most internet services, WAXP infrastructure may process routine request metadata needed to deliver pages, rate-limit abuse, investigate failures, and protect the service. This can include time, requested route, response status, network address, and technical client information.
Support and diagnostic records are retained only as operationally, legally, or security-necessary. They are not a substitute for the public blockchain record.
External services
WAXP uses or links to independent WAX wallets, blockchain RPC providers, liquidity venues, indexers, explorers, NFT services, CHADLabs properties, and MENTA. Those services have their own contracts, availability, and privacy practices.
Following an external link or approving a wallet transaction leaves the WAXP interface boundary.

- Browse public market information without connecting a wallet.
- Disconnect through your wallet and clear local browser data.
- Inspect every transaction in your wallet before signing.
- Use Support for a privacy question or request concerning WAXP-held support data.
WAXP cannot erase public blockchain records or data controlled by an independent third party.
