Terms for a non-custodial exchange.

By using WAXP Exchange, you agree to use the software lawfully and to evaluate whether blockchain trading is appropriate for you. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the transaction features.

You must have authority to use the connected wallet and be able to understand the transaction shown by that wallet.

WAXP does not hold user private keys or take custody of user tokens. A quote, prepared transaction, balance display, reward record, or market view is software output—not possession of your assets.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once accepted by the network. Verify the account, permission, token contract, symbol, amount, minimum received, route, actions, and memo before signing.

• Prices, order books, reserves, and routes can change between quote and execution.
• Tokens can be created by anyone and may include transfer fees, restrictions, misleading tickers, or malicious contract behavior.
• Low liquidity, price impact, slippage, contract minimums, resource limits, and venue failures can cause rejection or unexpected proceeds.
• A listed token or venue does not imply endorsement, safety, liquidity, or guaranteed execution.

WAXP provides software and factual interface output, not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Route ranking is based on supported current evidence and does not guarantee the globally best result, future execution, price, availability, or profit.

Historical activity, reward points, rankings, and market analytics do not predict future value.

Wallets, token contracts, liquidity venues, RPC nodes, indexers, explorers, NFT markets, and external websites are independent systems. WAXP cannot control their uptime, security, policies, or transaction effects.

WAXP may restrict a token direction, disable an unsafe transaction path, change or discontinue a feature, or update these terms as the service and evidence change. The current page date identifies this version.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, WAXP is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular trading outcome. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
